The Time Traveller’s Strife

Any form of travel can leave us feeling out of balance.

Jet-lag is the down side of travelling up in the air - long haul and straight into the office?!

Cars and trains can also deplete energy.

While studying I discovered the benefits of reflexology for travelling.

Last year, the day before I had to travel for an important appointment, I subconsciously found that I was massaging the inner ear reflex points on my feet and hands.

The next day, I travelled for over three hours; I should have been exhausted, yet I was calm and refreshed. At my appointment I felt that I hadn’t travelled at all. Furthermore, I found my concentration and retention of information to be clear and focused. The day went well. So too the day after, and the week following.

Whether you've travelled for personal reasons, or business, reflexology might work for you.

It can encourage the body to maintain equilibrium!

Reflexology and other complimentary alternative medicines are great for use as part of an overall health care plan. If you are suffering from illness it's good to first discuss your requirements with your GP or health specialist prior to commencing a course of Holistic Therapy
